Mr. Salsa Foods LLC is excited to offer a 5-star vacation experience through the Clear Water Florida Sweepstakes, featuring a luxury 3-night stay for two in sunny Clear Water, Florida, valued at approximately $5,000 USD, with exceptional value, prime location, and exclusive inclusions. “Mr. Salsa” is a registered trademark of Mr. Salsa Foods LLC.

1. Sponsor The Clear Water Florida Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Mr. Salsa Foods LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Jotform, or any other social media or third-party service provider, unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Puerto Rico, who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of Mr. Salsa Foods LLC, its affiliates, suppliers, vendors, and their respective advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period The Sweepstakes begins on September 22, 2025, at 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on December 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete the official entry form available at https://mrsalsastore.com/giveaway-contest.html or through the embedded Jotform.com raffle form during the Entry Period. Entrants must provide their full name, last name, and a valid email address, agree to these Terms and Conditions, and pass a reCAPTCHA verification. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. - No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. - Entries must be submitted through the official Jotform.com raffle form. - Upon submission, entrants will be redirected to a “Thank You” page containing links to additional perks, promotional merchandise, and Mr. Salsa’s crowdfunding pre-sale page. Participation in these additional offerings is optional and does not affect the chances of winning. - Entrants will receive up to three (3) email confirmations of their entry. Entrants are responsible for checking their spam, promotions, or social email folders for these notifications.

5. Prize The Sweepstakes offers one (1) Grand Prize, valued at approximately $5,000 USD, consisting of: - Two (2) return economy class airfares to Tampa, Florida (TPA) from a major airport in the winner’s state or territory of residence, subject to availability, for travel between June 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025. Airline tickets will be provided after March 31, 2025, to avoid scheduling conflicts. A REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or identification card is required for air travel from all U.S. states and territories, per U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations. - Three (3) nights’ double accommodation at a nationally recognized brand hotel in Clear Water, Florida (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG properties, or their subsidiaries; these are examples and likely brands, but not guaranteed), with reservations made after March 31, 2025. The winner is responsible for a hotel incidental deposit of up to $100 USD, which requires a valid credit card (some hotels may accept debit cards, subject to their policies, but this is not guaranteed). - Daily breakfasts and meal discounts during the stay. - A $500 USD gift card, which will be available at the hotel lobby upon check-in. - Complimentary afternoon alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails during the stay. - Two (2) regular one-day admission tickets to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay (upgrades may be available at the park at the winner’s expense, subject to availability). - A car rental from a top rental franchise (e.g., Hertz, Dollar, Enterprise, or similar; these are examples and likely brands, but not guaranteed) for use during the trip. Winner Selection and Notification - The winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor through the Jotform.com platform on or about December 23, 2025, from the Sponsor’s principal place of business in Florida, USA. - The winner will be notified via email (up to three (3) attempts) within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within ten (10) calendar days of the first notification attempt to claim the prize. - If the winner does not respond within ten (10) days or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner through up to four (4) additional random drawings or until a winner agrees to claim the prize. - The winner’s name will be announced on Mr. Salsa Foods LLC’s social media accounts, including but not limited to the Facebook page “Explorando y Chinchorreando” (https://facebook.com/explorandoychinchorreando). - By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, photos, and/or videos for promotional purposes by the Sponsor without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may not remain anonymous.

7. Data Privacy - All entry information is collected and stored securely by Jotform.com in accordance with their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (available at https://www.jotform.com/terms/). Mr. Salsa Foods LLC will not store or retain entrant information beyond what is necessary to administer the Sweepstakes. - The Sponsor will not sell, rent, or share entrant information with third parties, except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes or as required by law. - Entrants agree to receive up to five (5) emails per year from Mr. Salsa Foods LLC regarding future sweepstakes, newsletters, discounts, and special promotions. The Sweepstakes is also promoted via Google advertising and other third-party advertisers, as applicable. - By participating, entrants agree to comply with the terms of service of Jotform.com and any other third-party platforms used in connection with the Sweepstakes. - This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Jotform, Google, Busch Gardens, or any other third-party platform. Facebook, Jotform, Google, and Busch Gardens are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with this Sweepstakes or Mr. Salsa Foods LLC.
